SMS Opt-In Verification — Harness The Chaos™

This page documents how customers give explicit consent to receive SMS messages from Harness The Chaos LLC using toll-free number +1 (844) 482-6375.
It is provided for carrier review to verify compliance with CTIA and A2P messaging guidelines.

1. Opt-In Method — Product Checkout Page

Customers may opt in to receive SMS updates when purchasing The Dragon Tamer’s Journey™ (Digital Book).

On the checkout form, customers see:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone (required for order updates)

  • Email

  • Checkbox labeled:

    Text Message Updates (Optional)
    “Yes, I agree to receive order updates via text. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

To receive SMS, the customer must:

1. Enter their phone number, and

2. Manually check the optional checkbox (it is not pre-checked).

If they do not check the box, they receive no SMS messages, only email.

  • Consent text below the form:

    “By submitting this form, you agree to receive email responses from our team. SMS messaging is opt-in and your choice.”

When a customer includes their phone number and submits the form, we may send SMS replies directly related to their inquiry (no marketing unless they have opted in elsewhere).

4. Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients may opt out of SMS at any time by replying:

  • STOP — cancels all future messages

  • STOPALL, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END — also treated as opt-outs

  • HELP — returns support contact information

Opt-out requests are processed automatically by our provider.

We do not send political, SHAFT (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco), financial, or medical-claims content.
